摘要
[目的]研究果蔬保鲜运输中加湿对制冷速率的影响。[方法]搭建了保鲜运输用温湿度控制试验平台,通过维持制冷过程中厢体内不同湿度水平,研究不同湿度水平对制冷速率的影响。[结果]制冷过程中,厢体内维持湿度水平越高,制冷时间越短,制冷机组降温速率越快。[结论]试验结果为果蔬保鲜运输过程中温湿度的综合控制提供了参考数据。
[ Objective ] To explore the impact of studies humidity on the reirigeration rate of fruits and vegetables during transportation. [ Method ] A temperature and humidity control platform was established to study the impact of different humidity levels on the refrigeration rate. [ Result] The higher the humidity level in the transportation car, the shorter the refrigeration period and the faster the temperature reduction of refrigeration machine. [ Conclusion ] The experimental results provide references for the control of temperature and humidity during the trans- portation of fruits and vegetables.
