摘要
为了更好地指导广东省土地整治规划(2011-2020年)工作,根据广东省土地整治规划的目标,分别从经济、社会、生态环境等方面对新一轮土地整治实施项目进行效益评价。结果表明:新一轮广东省土地整治规划工作,不仅能有助于落实耕地保护政策,优化用地结构,提高土地利用效率,而且在改善农村生产生活条件、增加农民收入,促进新农村建设和统筹城乡发展方面也能发挥重要作用。
In order to better guide the Guangdong provincial land remediation planning （2011 -2020）, the benefits of a new-round land remedi- ation projects were assessed from the economic, social, ecological and environmental aspects according to the Guangdong provincial land remedi- ation planning objectives. The results showed that the new round of land remediation planning in Guangdong Province not only helps implement farmland protection policy, optimizes land use structure and improves land use efficiency, but also plays an important role in improving rural pro- duction and living conditions, increaseing farmers＇ income and promoting new rural development and urban and rural coordination.
