摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对合肥市小学体育师资的类型及人数比例,体育教师的编制及配备情况,现有体育教师的年龄、学历和职称结构以及职业态度等进行研究,并根据调查结果有针对性地从教育主管部门、学校和体育教师等环节为合肥市小学体育师资建设提出建设性意见。
Based on documentation,questionnaire investigations and mathematical statistics,and other methods,the author carried out research on the type and proportion of the teachers,preparation and arrangement,the existing structure of PE teacher＇s age,qualifications and title,and professional attitude,and made constructive suggestions specifically from the aspects of the education authorities,schools and physical education teachers of primary schools in Hefei City according to the findings.
