摘要
目的:研究不同炮制方法对决明子中蒽醌和多糖含量测定的影响。方法:用比色法测定决明子不同炮制品中蒽醌和多糖的含量。结果:决明子不同炮制品中蒽醌和多糖的含量有差异,醋泡品能提高决明子总蒽醌的含量,清炒品能提高决明子多糖的含量。结论:不同炮制方法对决明子中蒽醌和多糖的含量有不同程度的影响。
Objective: To study the effects of various processing methods on the contents of anthraquinone and polysaccharide in Cassiae Semen.Methods: With UV method,the contents of anthraquinone and polysaccharide were determined in produces of Cassiae Semen by various processes.Results: The contents of anthraquinone and polysaccharide were quite different in various processing produces of Cassiae Semen.The vinegar soaking process could increase the content of anthraquinone,while the process of frying without additional ingredient could increase the content of polysaccharide.Conclusion: The effects on the contents of anthraquinone and polysaccharide in Cassiae Semen were discovered to be different with various processing methods.
