摘要
网络化同步管理模式作为一种新型的生产管理体制具有高效、灵活的特点,正在被国内的服装企业接受。介绍了网络化同步管理模式在服装企业中的运作方法。通过与传统管理方式的比较、分析表明:采用网络化同步管理模式后,企业能根据市场行情的变化作出迅速反应,灵活地、快速地调整产品的款式和数量;有效地提高了产品的质量,生产效率较从前提高40％～50％,生产周期从原来的一个月缩短至一周;管理人员的工效得到提高,为企业发展创造了更有利的环境。
As a new production managerial system, the Processing Synchro Management Network System ( PSMN System) is very effective and flexible, and is being accepted by the garment industry in China. This article introduces the operation method of PSMN System in the garment industry, through the analysis and compare with the traditional management system , we can know: the garment industry can act to the changing of market in time, and adjust the style and quantity of products quickly and flexibly by using this system. It can increase the product quality effectivly, makes the productivity 40 % ~ 50 % higher than before, and the production cycle can be reduced from one month to one week. The managers' working effect is improved obviously and a better environment for the development of enterprise is created by it.
