浅谈在后续检定中气体检测仪漂移检定的必要性 被引量:1

摘要 通过对非矿井作业环境中使用的气体检测仪的检定,发现部分气体检测仪的零点示值和检定示值超差,即零点漂移和量程漂移超差,需要重新调整后才能合格,其中部分气体检测仪经调整后仍然达不到合格标准。但是检定规程中只要求首次检定时做零点漂移和量程漂移检定项目,忽视了后续检定中气体检测仪零点漂移和量程漂移项目的检定。从气体检测仪工作原理、漂移产生的原因等几个方面分析,论证了在气体检测仪后续检定中漂移检定的必要性。 Through the inspection for the gas detector used in the non-mine operation environment, it is found out there exist some differences at zero point indication and inspection indication of some gas detectors, that is to say, there are differences at zero drift and range drift. They need adjustment again and then can become qualified. Even so, some of gas detectors can not meet the qualified standards after the adjustment to them. But in the regulation of inspection it is required to inspect zero drift and range drift items for the primary test, which neglects the zero drift and range drift items of gas detectors in the subsequent inspection. Therefore, the paper makes the analysis from the aspects of working principle of gas detector and the causes of drift occurrence, and demonstrates the necessity of drift inspection in the subsequent detection of gas detectors.
