摘要
分析了单层熔结环氧粉末外涂层防腐管从产品生产到出厂运输再到现场使用的各个环节出现的质量问题,认为产品生产过程中除锈不合格,喷涂工艺存在缺陷以及产品在运输使用时操作不规范等导致熔结环氧粉末外涂层防腐管发生质量问题,严重影响了油气田集输管道的使用寿命,给长庆油田油气产量稳定发展埋下了隐患。提出了相应的改进措施。
Analyses focuses on some quality problems appearing at different links of anti-corrosive pipes with single external fusion bonded epoxy coating from the production of products to the transportation of leaving factory, and then to the on-site use. It is thought that in the production of products, unqualified rust removal, the spraying technique with flaw and nonstandard transportation and operation result in the occurrence of quality problems for these pipes, and thus severely affects the service life of oil and gas transmission pipeline and hides some dangers for the stable development of oil-gas output in Changqing oilfield. Finally, some corresponding improving methods are presented.
