摘要
为了观察激光熔覆送粉器运动情况,建立了激光熔覆送粉器各部件模型,并对激光熔覆送粉器运动特性进行了分析。首先,运用UG软件对组成激光熔覆送粉器各部分零件建立了三维实体模型。然后,并对所建立的各部分零件进行虚拟装配。最后,对送粉器进行运动仿真,此方法很直观地了解送粉器送粉的具体过程,且从仿真曲线了解其重要位置的位移、速度、力、加速度变化情况,通过与实际送粉器比较,验证了送粉器虚拟样机的可行性,为更好的优化激光熔覆送粉器提供了依据。
In order to observe characteristics of motion for the laser cladding powder feeder.Each model of the laser cladding powder feeder were established and Analyzed the motion characteristics of it.Firstly,3-dimensional solid model of powder feeder for laser cladding was established by using UG software,then,virtual assembly for them,lastly,carried on motion simulation for the powder feeder.we knew the progress of powder feeder work.we also observed the key position's variation of displacement、velocity、force、acceleration by simulating curve,through comparison with physical prototype,the feasibility of powder feeder virtual design was verified and provided a basis for better powder feeder for laser cladding.
