摘要
截锥螺旋弹簧是某公司的MHR-3200系列变速器中的一个关键零件,其结构紧凑,稳定性好,工作过程中承受较大载荷使刚度呈非线性[1]。应用SolidWorks Simulation对截锥螺旋弹簧的刚度进行仿真分析,得到了弹簧在工作载荷作用下的变形规律及具有非线性特征的刚度曲线。在载荷较小时特性曲线是直线;当载荷逐渐增加时则呈非线性,这与标准的截锥螺旋弹簧特性曲线无明显差异,证明了分析结果的正确性,为截锥螺旋弹簧的RE设计打下基础,也为其失效后的重构和修复提供了依据。
The conical spring is one critical part of DANA MHR-32000 series transmission,which structure is compact with good stability.The larger load bearing in the course of work makes its stiffness to present as nonlinearity.By using SolidWorks Simulation the stiffness of conical spring is simulated and analyzed to acquire the deformation law of spring under service load and the stiffness curve with nonlinear characteristics.The characteristic curve is a straight line when the load is smaller and nonlinearity may present when the load increases gradually.There is no significant difference with the standard characteristic curve of conical spring,which proves the validity of the results,lay a foundation for the RE design of conical spring and provide basis for its reconfiguration and repair after losing efficacy.
