摘要
针对一种TD-SCDMA终端综测仪前端的滤波器设计与实现,本文论述了利用安捷伦公司的ADS软件设计一种改良型微带带通滤波器的方法,通过实例对这种新型的微带滤波器进行了软件优化仿真,并给出了仿真优化结果和实验结果。微带发卡型滤波器结构紧凑并且指标优良,是微波滤波电路中的常见的形式,原理上是由1/4波长平行耦合线滤波器的谐振子折叠而成。
Aiming at designing and realizing the front-end filter of TD-SCDMA terminal receiver, the paper describes the approach of an improved microstrip band-pass filter using ADS software, and the and test results are provided. The hairpin microstrip filters have compact structure, works well, is the common style of microwave integrated circuit, which may be conceptually obtained by folding the resonators of parallel-coupled, quarter-wavelength filters.
