摘要
[目的]调查分析预防医学专业大学生对本专业毕业实习的认识和态度。[方法]采用自编问卷调查,使用EpiData 3.0软件建立数据库和SPSS 19.0软件包统计分析。[结果]经χ2检验,不同性别学生对自己所分配到的实习点的满意程度比较,女生的满意程度高于男生(P<0.01),对毕业实习的目的比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),多数学生的实习目的比较明确,认为是学以致用(男生37.0%,女生44.9%)和为就业准备(男生36.0%,女生36.5%),但有15.6%的男生和5.7%的女生不知道为什么实习;女生比男生更能以积极的态度面对实习(P<0.05)。[结论]医学院校应充分考虑学生的意愿分配实习地点,同时对不同性别的学生进行有针对性的教育,让学生明确实习的目的和意义,以正确的态度对待毕业实习。
Objective To investigate and analyze the cognition and attitude to graduation field work of prevention medical internship.Methods Adopted self-make questionnaire to investigate,built data base by EpiData 3.0 and statisticly analyzed by SPSS 19.0.Results After chi-square test,female’ s satisfaction were higher than male’s when compared with different sex for satisfaction degree to graduation field work（P﹤0.01）.There was statistical difference in aim of graduation field work（P﹤0.01）,most students’ purpose were clear,which study knowledge in order to apply it（male was 37.0%,female was 44.9%）,prepare for employment（male was 36.0%,female was 36.5%）.However,15.6% male and 5.7% female didn＇t know the reason of practice;Female could take more active attitude to graduation field work than male（P﹤0.05）.Conclusions Medical colleges should fully consider the will of students’ practice distribution site,and give pertinence education to different sex as well.Let students to know the purpose,significance and with correct attitude to graduation practice.
