摘要 研究了一种同时测定合成粗产品中丁香酸及其 3,4-二羟基 - 5-甲氧基苯甲酸、3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸以及 3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酸含量的高效液相色谱法。用 ODS- 3色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 /水 /36%乙酸 ( 4 0 :60 :2 ,V/V/V) ,检测波长范围为 2 50~ 30 0 nm,在选定的色谱条件下 ,各组份 1 5min内实现基线分离。丁香酸、3,4-二羟基 - 5-甲氧基苯甲酸、3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸以及 3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酸的检出限分别为 1 .40 ng、1 .1 0 ng、0 .90ng、1 .70 An HPLC method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of syringic acid and it's impurities [3,4,5 trimethoxybenzoic acid , 3,4,5 trihydroxybenzoic acid, 3,4 dihydroxy 5 methoxy benzoic acid]. The column used was ODS 3 (150 mm×4.0 mm i.d). The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol water 36% acetic acid (40∶60∶2, V/V/V ). The wavelength range of UV detection was 250nm^300nm. Under this chromatographic conditions, the components could be separated completely within 15 minutes. The linear relationship was good for the concentration range under investigation. The detection limits of syringic acid, 3,4,5 trimethoxybenzoic acid, 3,4,5 trihydroxybenzoic acid, 3,4 dihydroxy 5 methoxy benzoic acid were 1.40 ng, 1.10 ng, 0.90 ng and 1.70 ng, respectively. The proposed method was rapid, accurate and has be applied to the on line analysis of syringic acid.
