摘要
合成了一种新型单体 1 -甲基 -4 ,5 -二 (4-氯代苯甲酰基 )环己烯 ,该单体与 4-(4-羟基苯基 )-2 ,3 -二氮杂萘 -1 -酮单体经亲核取代反应 ,成功地合成了含环己烯结构的杂环联苯型聚醚酮聚合物。用FT -IR、1H -NMR、DSC、X -射线衍射等方法对该聚合物进行了表征 ,并研究了它的溶解性能。结果表明 ,这种可溶性无规共聚物 ,有较高的玻璃化温度 ,并且结构中有不饱和双键 ,是一种反应性高分子。
A novel poly (aryl ether ketone) containing the of cyclohexene and phthalazinone moieties polymer was prepared by the nucelophilic displacement reaction of 1 methyl 4,5 bis(4 chlorobenzoyl)cyclohexene and 4 (4 hydroxyphenyl) 2,3 phthalazin 1 one. The polymer was studied by FT IR, 1 H NMR ,DSC, X ray diffraction. It has been proved that it was a amorphous plastics with high glass temperature(T g=174.9 ℃). It was soluble in some solvents at room temperature. It was also intermediate product of cross linked copolymer and grafted copolymer.
