摘要
In this paper,the content of phenacetin in compound tablets of Aspirin,Antongding and Keganming were determined in hydrogen chloride acid by spectrophotometry without any preliminary separation.The potassiun dichromate (0.1molL/L)was adopted as collor reagent.The average recoverys and relative standard deviations of compound Aspirin,Antongding and Keganming tablets are 100.6%,0.355%,100.1%,0.263%,99.27%,0.598%,respectively.This method is simple,rapid and with satisfactory results.
