摘要
目前,中小企业已经日益成为我国经济发展中的主力军,其发展的状况如何直接关系到我国经济的发展。而我国的中小企业规模小、布局分散、竞争力差。如何解决中小企业的问题以提高其竞争力成为目前我国中小企业亟需要解决的问题。因此,中小企业可以借助外部资源进行组织变革,解决资源的优化问题,进而提高自身的竞争力。
At present,SMEs have increasingly become the main force in the economic development of China.The status of SMEs is directly related to the development of China’s economic development.China’s SMEs have small scale,scattered layout and poor competitiveness.How to solve the problem of SMEs in order to enhance the competitiveness of China’s SMEs is an urgent problem need solving.Therefore,SMEs can make use of outside resources to conduct organizational change,address the optimization problem of resources,thereby improving their competitiveness.
