摘要
设计并合成了一种新化合物 5 -(3 -溴丙酰 )胺 -1 ,1 0 -邻菲咯啉 ,phen-NHCOCH2 CH2 Br(a) ,和一种新型电化学发光 (ECL)传感器活性材料 Ru(phen) 2 [phen-NHCOCH2 CH2 Br](PF6 ) 2 (b) ,利用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和激光解析电离飞行时间质谱确证了其组成和结构。同时 ,还研究了化合物 b的荧光光谱和电化学行为。
A new 1,10 phenanthroline derivative,phen NHCOCH 2CH 2Br,and an ECL active species,Ru(Ⅱ)(phen) 2[phen NHCOH 2CH 2Br](PF 6) 2,have been designed and synthesized.Their compositions and structures were confirmed by elemental analysis,FT IR, 1H NMR and ESI MS.The electrochemistry and fluorescent spectrum of Ru(Ⅱ)(phen) 2[phen NHCOH 2CH 2Br](PF 6) 2 was also reported.
