摘要
福田综合交通枢纽位于深圳市福田中心区,深南大道与益田路交汇处,是目前我国最大的城市中心区地下综合交通枢纽工程。本文介绍了枢纽工程概况及设计特点,分析了枢纽工程概算编制的难点,论述了枢纽工程概算的控制措施,为大型地下综合交通枢纽工程概算控制提供了有益参考。
Futian integrated transport hub located in the intersection of Shennan road and Yitian road,Futian district,Shenzhen,was the largest underground integrated transport hub in urban center of China.This paper described the overview and design feature of hub project,analyzed the difficulty of estimating hub project budget,discussed the control measure of hub project budget.This paper provided a useful reference to control such a large underground integrated transport hub project budget.
