摘要
描述了以重氮甲烷为重氮化试剂,以商品易得的N-Fmoc-L-α-氨基酸为原料,成功地运用Arndt-Eistert合成,仅通过两步反应,就高产率地合成了8个对应的同系物N-Fmoc-L-β-氨基酸的方法。
Arndt - Eistert synthesis has been successfully applied to the preparation of enantiomerically pure N -Fmoc - L -B - amino acids starting from commercially available N - Fmoc - L - a - amino acids.
