扩散张量成像鉴别脑白质疏松症及急性腔隙性脑梗死的研究进展 被引量:1

Research Progress of Diffusion Tensor Imaging in Identifying the Acute Lacunar Cerebral Infarction and Leukoaraiosis

摘要 近年来,磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)技术在辅助诊断脑白质病变方面有了新的研究进展,尤其在脑白质疏松症(LA)、急性腔隙性脑梗死等脑白质缺血性疾病的诊断中,相对以往的CT及常规磁共振成像技术发现病灶更早,诊断病变性质更准,已成为国内外研究的热点。现对应用DTI鉴别LA及急性腔隙性脑梗死的研究进展进行综述。 For the past few years,there have been new progress in diagnosing leukodystrophy by MR diffusion tensor imaging(DTI),especially in leukoaraiosis(LA)and acute lacunar infarction etc..DTI can discover process much earlier and more accurately than CT and the routine MRI,which has become a hot research topic.Here is to make a review on the recent research progress in the diagnostic value of DTI in identifying the acute lacunar infarction and LA.
