摘要
白塞病是一种自身免疫性疾病,可分为血管型、胃肠型及神经型。其中血管型白塞病常导致较高的致死率及致残率。白塞病合并动脉瘤破裂未经诊治后果严重,病死率极高。白塞病的病因至今不明,中性粒细胞的异常活动被认为是白塞病的主要发病机制。血管型白塞病的治疗应在药物治疗控制疾病活动期的基础上实行正确的手术干预。正确的手术能提高患者近期生存率,提高生活质量。现就血管型白塞病外科治疗的最新进展进行综述。
Behcet′s disease（BD）is an autoimmune system disease,which can be classified into vascular,gastrointestinal and neurological type.Vascular type BD usually has relatively high mortality and morbidity.BD patients with aneurysm rupture would have very high mortality and poor prognosis without proper treatment.The etiology of BD remains unclear,while the abnormal activities of neutrophils is considered to be the main pathogenesis.Based on medication control of active phase,the treatment of vascular type BD should also include appropriate surgical intervention,which could improve short term survival and the prognosis.Here is to make a review on the recent progress of surgical treatments for vascular type BD.
