摘要
内皮微颗粒(EMP)是内皮细胞激活或凋亡时从细胞膜上脱落的膜性囊泡,直径<1μm,在血管相关疾病(如高血压、糖尿病和急性冠状动脉综合征等)中显著升高,被认为是内皮功能障碍的指标。此外,近来研究发现EMP表面具有各种活性物质,在凝血、炎症、内皮功能、细胞存活和细胞内信号转导中均有作用。现就EMP在动脉粥样硬化中的新进展予以综述,以便为临床上研究心血管疾病提供新靶点。
Endothelial microparticles(EMP)are membrane vesicles detached from the endothelial cells during the activation or apoptosis,and the diameter is less than 1 μm.The plasma level of EMPs are increased significantly in vascular-related diseases such as hypertension,diabetes and acute coronary syndrome,and they are considered as an indicator of endothelial dysfunction.In addition,recent studies have found that EMPs have a variety of active substances on surface and play an important role in blood clotting,inflammation,endothelial function,cell survival and intracellular signal transduction.Here is to make a review on the recent progress of EMP in atherosclerosis,in order to provide the clinical study of cardiovascular disease with a new target.
