摘要
介绍了当前塞罕坝机械林场林区路网建设的概况,指出当前塞罕坝林区路网建设存在的主要问题及其滞后原因,并阐述了加强林区道路建设的必要性,在此基础上提出塞罕坝林区路网建设的对策与建议,旨在提高林区人们对林区路网建设重要性的认识,为实现林业现代化,林业经营集约化,森林资源可持续发展提供相关的理论支持。
The article briefly introduced the current overview of forest road network in Saihanba Mechanized Forestry Centre, revealed some existing problems and lagging reasons in the road network construction and elaborated the necessity of the forest region path con- struction. And therefore, some countermeasures and suggestions on road network construc- tion in Saihanba forest region were proposed for the purpose of making the forest region resi- dents to get well aware of the importance about the forest region road network construction, and simultaneously, providing theoretical supports for the realization of forestry moderniza- tion, forestry management intensification, and forest resource sustainable development.
