摘要
在生产实践中,我们发现随着牌坊窗口尺寸发生变化,会导致工作辊与支撑辊轴线产生交叉,导致工作辊产生轴向窜动的现象,严重时烧损工作辊轴承以及影响钢板板型及宽板轧制。通过对轧机辊系偏移距定位理论分析,针对现场实际情况,分析轴向力产生的原因,及轴向力对中厚板轧机设备,及轧制板型的影响。并针对分析的结果提出相应的解决办法。通过对现场整改后,跟踪设备运行情况,轧机设备运行状况有较大改善,同时钢板板型控制效果较好。
In practical production,we find that as the change of housing window size,the work roll and backup roll axis may generate a cross,which may result in work roll axial altering,severe case may burn loss bearing of work roll and effect the rolling for steel plate contour and wide plate as well.Through analyzing the roll offset positioning theory,in accordance with the physical situation,the axial force occurrence is analyzed,as well as the impact on plate rolling mill and the contour of plate to be rolled.According to the analysis result the corresponding solution is proposed.After rectifying and reforming for the site,tracking the operation of equipment,the operation condition of rolling mill has been found to be greatly improved with better control effect for the plate shape.
