摘要
针对自主研发的微型加工中心开发了数控系统。该系统实现在PC机上,采用Trio公司的PCI208E运动控制卡来进行控制,用VC6.0开发。首先介绍了该系统的机械本体和控制系统的软硬件平台,接着介绍了利用VC对Trio PCI208E运动控制卡进行二次开发的基本原理。然后对微型加工中心的G代码解释器、大批量G代码的处理机制、逻辑控制功能等关键问题进行了深入研究,最后给出了部分实验结果,实现了基本的控制要求。
Specific to the self-developed micro-machining center,a CNC system was developed based on PC by VC++,using the PCI208E motion control card of Trio Corporation.Firstly the paper introduces mechanical body,the hardware and software platform of the system,and then explains the basic principles of secondary development of Trio PCI208 motion control card using VC++.Afterwards further study was done on the key technologies including G-Code interpreter,the processing method of large quantity of G-Code and logic control function of the Micro-machining center.Finally some experimental results were given and the basic control requirement was achieved.
