摘要
随着改革开放的步伐不断加快,我国现行出入境管理法律体系存在的诸多弊端日益突显,严重削弱了出入境管理的工作效率和实际效果,在一定程度上影响了法律的严肃性和公正性。文中针对时弊,探究进一步重构和完善我国出入境法律体系的有效途径,以推动我国出境管理法制建设健康发展,能够切实维护国家利益,保障公民权利。
With the rapid development of reform-and-open practice,the problems in China＇s current Exit-Entry administration law system are more salient.It has negative effect on the working efficiency and effect and also has negatively affected justice.According to the problems,the effective approaches are discussed to reconstruct and perfect China＇s Exit-Entry administration law system hoping to protect the national interest and personal rights.
