摘要
当前,低碳经济已成为全球经济发展的必然趋势。而湘西州作为我国中部比较落后的地区及少数民族聚集的地区,如何顺应低碳经济潮流,将不仅直接决定着其未来发展质量与速度,而且也与湘西州民众生活质量的提高息息相关。文章探索并提出了湘西州发展低碳经济的基本途径。
Currently,low-carbon economy has become the inevitable trend of global economic development.How Ciangxi Autonomous Prefecture,as a economically inferior region with national minority residents,to response to this trend decides its future development in terms of quality and speed as well as people＇s living standard.Approaches are proposed to offer a reference for policy making.
