摘要
合成并制备了纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)手性固定相,利用高效液相色谱法首次直接拆分了5种外消旋联苯类药物,考察了流动相组成,样品结构对保留和拆分的影响。
Cellulose tris-(3, 5 - dimethylphenylcdrite) was synthesized and used as a chiral stationary phase after it was adsorpted on silica gel. Five racemic biphenyl antiliepatitis drugs have been for the first time directly resolved on the stationary phase by normal-phase high performance liquid chrmatography.The effect of 2-propanol concentration in mobile phase and the smicture of the analytes on the retention and resolution were investigated.
