摘要
综述了龙眼干、龙眼罐头、龙眼汁、龙眼酒、龙眼膏等龙眼果实加工产品的现状和加工新技术,展望了龙眼果实加工产品的发展前景,旨在为龙眼加工业的发展和龙眼果实加工新产品的开发提供参考。
Longan（Dimocarpus longan Lour.） is a kind of special and famous fruit in South China.In order to provide the references for the development of longan processing industry and exploiting new processing products of longan fruits,the current situation and new technologies of processing products of longan fruits such as dried longan,canned longan,longan juice,longan wine and longan paste are comprehensively introduced in this paper.Furthermore,the prospects of development of processing products of longan fruit were also predicted.
