摘要
利用 ICP- MS法 ,对小麦粉标物 GBW0 850 3中 La、Sm和 Y进行均匀性检验。采用 t检验法和 F检验法的联合技术统计处理数据 ,检验结果表明 ,瓶内和瓶间的均值与方差不存在显著性差异 ,证明样品均匀。
An evaluation of homogeneity of standard material wheat fluor was made by ICP MS through the determination of La,Sm,Y (ng/g) in 0.5000 g sample.Using t test and F test,the results did not differ significantly (｜t｜<t α,F<F α) and this material could be considered homogeneous.
