连皮形状和尺寸对曲轴模锻成形的影响 被引量:5

Impact of Wad Shape and Size on Crankshaft Forging Forming

摘要 针对空间曲线分模模锻曲轴在模锻过程中充形困难,提出了在预锻中的凹形、楔形、凸形三种连皮形状;利用UG建立预、终锻件三维CAD模型,并利用DEFROM-3D比较了三种连皮对曲轴预、终锻成形的影响。对比发现,凸形连皮为该种曲轴模锻成形的最优连皮,并在此基础上优化了凸形连皮的参数。 Aimed at the difficulties that hard filling,in the die forging of crankshaft whose parting lines are space curves,the concave,wedge,convex shape of three kinds of wad in the preforging were presented;the UG was used to build preforging and final-forging three-dimensional CAD model,and the DEFROM-3D was also used to compare the influence of the three kinds of wad to crankshaft in the preforging and final-forging.Finally,the convex shape is the optimal web through compare,whose parameters are optimized on this basis.
