摘要
目的:分析我院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用情况,促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法:抽取2011年5-9月全部Ⅰ类切口手术患者出院病历642例,对围手术期抗菌药物的使用进行合理性评价。结果:外科642例Ⅰ类切口手术患者中,抗菌药物使用率为85.98%,单用药占使用抗菌药物病历的99.46%,二联用药占0.54%。结论 :我院外科Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物合理应用现状与卫生部的合理应用要求仍有较大差距,需进一步加强抗菌药物合理应用的管理,提高抗菌药物合理应用水平。
Objective：To analyze the application status of antimicrobial agents in the operations of type Ⅰ incisions in our hospital so as to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods：An investigation was conducted to evaluate the reasonable use of antimicrobial agents during perioperation in 642 cases of type Ⅰ incision operations from May to September of 2011 in our hospital. Results ： Among the 642 cases of type Ⅰ incisions, the application rate of antimicrobial agents was 85.98%, and that of only one antimicrobial agent for the above mentioned operations was 99.46%, of combined use of two antimicrobial agents was 0.54%. Conclusion：There is still a certain gap between the status quo of antimicrobial application in the surgical operations of type Ⅰ incisions in our hospital and the request of the Ministry of Health for the rational use of the antimicrobial agents, therefore the management for the rational use of antimicrobial agents should be further strengthened and the level should be improved.
