摘要
我国执业药师队伍发展目前面临缺乏积极、动态的需求导向和拉动政策,执业药师准入及执业管理制度在医疗领域的施行步伐缓慢,管理科学性和有效性有待进一步提高,数量严重不足、分布不合理等多重问题。应确立并努力实现积极的"十二五"末期及2020年执业药师队伍建设的战略与规划发展目标,从需求拉动性政策、发展推动性政策和人才供给保障政策等方面采取措施,促进我国执业药师队伍快速、健康发展。
For the development of Chinese licensed pharmacist team in China, an active and dynamic demand orientation and stimulating policies are badly needed. Problems exist such as the unefficient implementation of management system of vocational accession of licensed pharmacists in the field of medical treatment, personnel shortage and unreasonable distribution, and management needs to be improved to be more scientific and effective. The strategy for the licensed pharmacist construction at the end of "Twelfth Five-Year Plan"and in 2020 should be established and the program targets should be realized. Measures should be taken to promote the establishment of stimulating and development policies as well as the security policy of professional supply so as to speed up the healthy development of licensed pharmacist team in China.
