国际资本流入管理政策框架研究——基于新兴市场管理经验

摘要近年来,国际资本持续流入新兴市场,推高了资产价格,也抬高了增长预期。对流入国而言,尽管资本流入会为其带来益处,但也对其宏观经济金融稳定形成威胁。本文对新兴市场资本流入特点、对宏观经济的影响、应对措施进行了分析并提出政策建议。
