摘要
PCR扩增产物多态性分析技术在中药检定中 ,较其他方法有着显著的优越性和良好的应用前景。本文就该方法的原理、特点、关键步骤、研究方法等作了简要的概述。
In the identification of Chinese medicinal materials, the PCR amplified polymorphic analysis is markedly superior to other relevant methods and thus has good prospects. This paper presents a general survey on the principles, characteristics, key steps and research methods of this analytic technique.
