摘要
报道了 1 987～ 1 989年鄱阳湖 6个采样站原生动物的种类组成和现存量季节性变化的调查结果。共观察到 83种原生动物 (仅包括肉足虫类和纤毛虫类 ) ,隶属于 53属 3 1科 1 2目。原生动物数量变动曲线一般有春末和仲秋两个高峰 ,秋季高峰远大于春末高峰。原生动物年生物量变动曲线与数量变动曲线基本上一致。还用原生动物群落的多样性指数、相似系数与优势种群对鄱阳湖各站的水质进行了评价。
Seasonal changes of species composition and standing crop of protozoan were investigated at six sampling stations in Poyang Lake during 1987～1989.Eighty three species of protozoan,belonging to 53 genera of 31 families of 12 orders,were reported.There were two peaks (i.e.spring peak,autumn peak),of the abundance and biomass of protozoan in a year,the autumn peak was larger than those of spring peak.With index of diversity,similar coefficient,and dominant species,water quality of Poyang Lake was evaluated.
