摘要
叙述了基于MODBUS的矿区监测系统数据采集方案,既提高了数据传输速度,又增强了系统的稳定性。根据矿区内信号特点,提出了一种以工业控制计算机为主站、以ARM9平台主控芯片为主构成从站的矿区数据采集系统结构。阐述了分站的系统设计思想,通过MODBUS协议统一了不同的网络物理层通信接口,在实测环境中,做到了数据传输可靠,速率快,满足数据交互要求。
This paper describes the MODBUS mine monitoring system for data acquisition program, both to improve the data transfer rate, but also enhance the stability of the system. Industrial control computer-based station, according to the signal characteristics within the mining area, mining area mainly constitute the slave master chip ARM9 platform data acquisition system. The sub-station system design thinking, unified through the MODBUS protocol network physical layer communication interfaces in the measured environment, so that reliable data transmission rate to meet the requirements of data exchange.
