摘要
介绍了城市污水处理工艺流程,针对鄂尔多斯市区东胜区污水处理二期工程的控制要求,采用西门子S7-300PLC作为控制中心,利用Profibus-DP总线构成了城市污水处理控制系统。给出了硬件设计及软件设计过程,实现了对城市污水处理的自动控制。系统投入使用以来,运行稳定、安全可靠,达到了设计目标。
This paper describes the technology process of urban sewage treatment, according to the control requirement of sewage treatment project phase II in Erdos＇s Dongsheng District, take the Siemens S7 -300PLC as the control center, using Profibus-DP bus constitutes an urban sewage treatment control system. The hardware design and software design process are given, and realized automatic control of urban sewage treatment. This system has been stable, safe and reliable to achieve the design objectives since put into use.
