摘要
与虚拟经营和供应链管理等创新管理模式相适应 ,物流的虚拟一体化———第三方物流在美、日、澳等发达国家相继出现。笔者结合案例 ,从探讨第三方物流的涵义出发 ,分析了其产生的理论背景及对物流现代化的指导意义。
Associated with innovatory management modes that include Assumed Operating, Supply Chain Management, Assumed Integration of Logistics—the 3th_Part Logistics is appearing in some developed countries, such as America, Japan and Australia. In the light of specific cases, the author discussed the definition of the 3rd_Part Logistics and analysed the theory background and the direeting significance of logistics modernization.
