摘要
自升式平台在位状态下受到环境载荷作用,将会影响其站立稳性和结构安全性,这其中风载荷占主导作用。现行规范在计算风载荷时采用面积投影法,结果偏于保守,不利于结构的优化设计。此文以CIMC自主研发的400英尺自升式钻井平台为例,通过风洞实验测得其在位状态下的风载荷,并基于CFD方法对其载荷进行数值模拟计算。结果表明,数值模拟计算结果小于规范计算结果,与风洞实验相近,可为平台的初步设计提供支撑。
The standing stability and structure safety of Jack-Up on site are often affected by environment loads, especially wind load. According to the MODU rules, the projected area method is used to calculate wind load. However, the calculation results are conservative and the method is not good for structure optimization designing. In this paper, a 400 ft jack-up, which is developed by CIMC, is studied as an example. The wind load result of the Jack-Up on site is obtained through the wind tunnel experiment. Furthermore, the CFD method is applied to calculate the wind load. Comparing the results, the numerical result is less than that calculated according to MODU rules, and agrees well with the experiment result., It indicates that the numerical simulation result can be used in the basic design of Jack-Up platform.
