摘要
通过对中老年人的健身反向走实验研究发现,健身反向走能够积极改善中老年的身体素质,使其心肺功能、身体素质得到提高,尤其对平衡能力有其独特的作用。其动作简单易行,场地要求低,非常适合中老年人运动,是适合中老年人的运动。
This article through the experimental study of the elderly fitness reverse walking finds that the fitness reverse walking can actively improve physical quality of the elderly,and can improve their cardiovascular function and the quality of body,especially has its unique role for balance ability.The action is simple and the site demand is low.It is very suitable for the elderly movement,and is a kind of sport suitable for the elderly.
