摘要
以含锶铅锰废弃渣为原料和焦煤为还原剂,采用还原焙烧浸出法回收锰。研究了焙烧时间、还原剂过量系数对锰回收率的影响,结果表明:还原剂过量,焙烧时间为90 min,强制冷却即刻浸出,锰的浸出率最高可达98.28%。
Recovering manganese from slag containing strontium,lead and manganese by reactive roasting leaching method when coking coal was used as reducing agent was studied.The effect of roasting time,excess coefficient of reducing agent on leaching rate of manganese was studied.Experimental results showed that when the reducing agent was excess,roasting leaching was 90 minute and immediate leaching after forced cooling,the maximal leaching rate of manganese reached 98.28%.
