摘要
文章结合国内外男护士需求状况,分析阐述了我国当前男护生招生及就业情况,针对男护生就业容易招生难的现状,找出影响因素并提出相应对策,展望了未来男护士的就业前景,以利于指导男护士的职业生涯设计与规划。
Based on the demand for male nurses at home and abroad, this article analyses the current enrollment and employment situation of male nursing students in China and finds out the influencing factors and corresponding countermeasures according to the situation of easy for employment and difficult for enrollment of male nursing students. At last, this article looks to the prospect of employment of male nurses in order to guide the career design and planning of male nurses.
