摘要
大学校园文化是实现文化强国战略的基础性工程,建设大学校园文化必须推进社会主义核心价值体系进校园,树立以人为本、全面发展的理念,注重培养和塑造大学精神,创造良好的教学和科研与校园文化"两促进"机制,利用网络资源开拓校园文化建设的新领域;要开展丰富多彩、健康有益的校园文化活动,营造特点突出、个性鲜明的生态环境,以便更好地把文化强国战略落到实处。
Abstract ：Campus culture is the fundamental project of realizing the strategy of culture powerful nation, the construction of campus culture should promote the socialist core value system, set up a people - oriented, comprehensive development concept, focus on training and shaping the university spirit, creating a good teaching and scientific research and campus culture, open up new areas of campus culture construction by using network resources, carry out colorful and healthy cultural activities on campus, create the ecological environment with prominent and distinctive features for the purpose of implementing the strategy of the cultural powerful nation.
