冻融胚胎移植结局的相关影响因素分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的:探讨与胚胎冻融及移植结局相关的因素,以提高冻融胚胎的移植妊娠率。方法:通过对676个冻融周期的胚胎解冻及移植结果进行分析,比较不同的受精方式、内膜准备方法、冷冻时的胚龄、冷冻胚胎解冻周期数对移植结局的影响。结果:不同受精方式的胚胎复苏存活率、卵裂球完整率、临床妊娠率及胚胎种植率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同的内膜准备方法、解冻次数的临床妊娠率及胚胎种植率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。D2胚胎与D3胚胎的胚胎存活率、完整率、种植率和妊娠率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。妊娠组的胚胎存活率和完整胚胎率与非妊娠组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胚胎存活率和完整胚胎率对冻融胚胎的移植结局有影响,D2胚胎比D3胚胎有较高的存活率、完整率、种植率和妊娠率。
