摘要 目的:探讨超声检查甲状腺钙化结节分型的临床意义。方法:收集经超声证实甲状腺钙化结节且行病理检查的99例患者的病历资料,回顾分析其超声钙化结节表现特点,将钙化结节分为4型:Ⅰ型,微小钙化型;Ⅱ型,粗大钙化型;Ⅲ型,边缘钙化型;Ⅳ型,假性钙化型。比较不同分型的甲状腺钙化结节病理分型与甲状腺结节良恶性结果关系。结果:Ⅰ型钙化结节的甲状腺病检恶性率最高(48.7%),Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型钙化结节病检恶性率依次降低(21.7%∶13.6%∶0)。它们的差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.124,P<0.001)。结论:甲状腺钙化结节超声分型与甲状腺的良恶性相关,超声检查甲状腺钙化结节分型可能作为甲状腺临床诊断的一个重要参考指标。 Objective:To explore the clinical significance of thyroid nodular calcification by ultrasound classification. Methods:99 cases with thyroid nodular calcification by ultrasound confirm were enrolled in this study. Review its per-formance characteristics under ultrasound calcified cortical tubers. They were classified as: type 1, microcalcification; type Ⅱ , coarse calcification ; type Ⅲ, rim-like peripheral calcification, and type Ⅳ, mimic calcification. All the cases of ultrasound examination were compared with the ones of pathology. The thyroid malignant rates of thyroid nodular calcification by ultrasound classification were compared. Results:The thyroid malignant rates of thyroid in type 1 was significant higher than the others (X2 = 19.124, P 〈 0.001 ). The thyroid malignant rates of type Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ are 21.7 VS 13.6 V S 0. Conclusion:Thyroid nodular calcification by ultrasound classification is remarkably correlated with the thyroid malignant rates. Testing the thyroid nodular calcification by ultrasound classification will be helpful for clinical diagnosis.
