摘要
目的:探讨阴道彩超对异位妊娠囊与卵巢小黄体囊肿的声像图特点,以提高异位妊娠的早期诊断率。方法:对60例异位妊娠囊(未破型)与74例卵巢小黄体囊肿的二维声像图及彩色多谱勒进行回顾性分析。结果:55.4%(41/74)的小黄体囊肿周边可见小无回声区(小卵泡回声),而无1例异位妊娠囊有此特点;95%(57/60)的异位妊娠囊壁周边呈点状或短棒状血流信号,89.2%(66/74)的小黄体囊肿囊壁呈环状绕壁血流信号,脉冲多谱勒频谱分析,小黄体囊肿囊壁较异位妊娠囊壁血流阻力指数低(P<0.05)。结论:通过判断附件区囊肿与卵巢的关系,比较彩色多谱勒显示异位妊娠囊壁与卵巢小黄体囊肿囊壁的血流信号,以及脉冲多谱勒频谱分析结果,可提高对异位妊娠的早期诊断。
Objective：To probe intb the contrastive study on ectopic gestation sac and corpus luteum cyst, so as to improve the early diagnostic accuracy. Method：The two-dimensional ultrasonic and Color Doppler examination in 60 patients with ectopic gestation sac and 74 ones with corpus luteum cyst were reviewed. Result ： Small non-echo areas （ echo of the small follicular） have been seen near 55.4% （41/74） of the corpus luteum cyst, but they have never been found in the ectopic gestation sac ;The color Dopper flow signal which are the dot and short-bar shapes could be tbund near 95% （57/60） of the ectopic gestation sac wall;The ring like flow signal can be found in the surrounding 89.2% （66/74） of the corpus lu- teum cyst wall. By analyzing of the pulse Doppler spectrum, the resistance index of the corpus luteum cyst wall is lower than that of the ectopic gestation sac （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： By estimation of the relationship between the adnexal cyst and the ovary, the flow signal of the ectopic gestation sac wall and the corpus luteum cyst wall were compared, and the color Doppler spectrum were reviewed. The early diagnostic accuracy of ectopic gestation sac and corpus luteum cyst can be improved by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.
