严格的烘炉制度对提高炉寿、保证正常生产具有特殊意义。烘炉既要满足耐火砖升温要求,也要兼顾余热锅炉升温规定和硫酸系统。详细介绍了我国第一座铅富氧闪速熔炼炉烘炉准备、升温操作和管理方面的经验。
Strict heating-up system played a special role in improving furnace life and ensuring a normal production.Heating-up system should both meet the warming requirements of refractory brick and consider the heating regulations of waste heat boiler and requirements of sulfuric acid system.The preparation,operation and management of heating-up for the first lead oxygen-enriched flash smelting furnace in China were introduced in detail.
