摘要
电子健康档案是国内外关注的热点,其落脚点在于如何应用于健康管理。我国电子健康档案应用还处于初级阶段,某些地方平台已基本建立,投入使用并产生了成效;国外研究相对深入,提出了比较成熟的电子健康档案系统可用性评估,实现了临床决策支持的传递等。文章对比分析国内外电子健康档案应用研究情况和现状,以期为我国电子健康档案应用与健康管理指明方向,并提出需要解决的关键问题和未来应用于健康管理的展望。
Electronic health records （EHR） is a hot research spot in the world, especially its application on health management. Although EHR platforms established in some areas have achieved effect after application, the level of domestic HER still in an early stage. This paper mainly focused on current applications of EHR in the field of health management and compared the level of domestic EHR with international EHR in order to find a correct way to improve our HER level in the future.
