摘要
阐述我国残疾人竞技体育体制、管理模式现状及存在的问题。通过与西方体育强国美国的残疾人竞技体育管理模式的比较,并结合残疾人竞技体育的特殊性,探索适合我国残疾人竞技体育的管理模式的三条优化途径:一是人本管理思想的运用;二是政府职能的转变;三是目标管理的系统多元化。并构建社会化管理和政府管理的多元化管理格局。
This paper expatiates on the management mode and the system of China＇s competitive sports as well as relevant problems. Through the comparison of management mode in China and of sports powers such as United States, based on the particularity of competitive sports for the disabled, the paper proposes three ways of optimiza- tion of management mode of competitive sports for the disabled in China： application of human-oriented manage- ment idea, transformation of government functions and systematic objective management. Multi-management pat- tern which combines social management with governmental management was constructed.
