摘要
山东省人口老龄化趋势严重,解决好农村老年人养老这一难题已成为当务之急。目前,山东省正在进行新型农村养老保险试点,青岛、临沂等地已经广泛开展试点工作。在当前的试点工作中,临沂市等地出现了要求儿子代缴养老保险的缴费方式探索,这也就意味着,对代缴养老保险模式亟须建立相关的法律、法规。可以修订社会保险法,将代缴养老保险模式的具体内容纳入社会保险法,或者国家出台相关的规章制度,规范代缴养老保险模式,来逐渐完善代缴养老保险。

To amend the Social Security Act, will pay the pension insurance mode specific content into the social insurance law, or the rules and regulations of the countries, regulating pay endowment insurance mode, to gradually improve the payment of old-age insurance.
